The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) eTickets app enables users to conveniently purchase and utilize tickets on their mobile devices through secure payment methods. By registering an email address within the app, passengers can seamlessly access transportation services.

 <li>Discounted fares for eligible riders: Youth (5-18), Senior (65 & Older), or passengers with disabilities</li>

 <li>Convenient ticket storage for future trips</li>
 <li>Easy activation process</li>
 <li>Safe registration of debit/credit cards</li>
</ul>

Important considerations for passengers:
<ol>
 <li>An account setup with email and password is required for mobile ticket usage.</li>
 <li>Tickets are stored in the "ticket wallet" post-purchase.</li>
 <li>Activate tickets prior to boarding the SMART Train.</li>
 <li>Activate all purchased tickets; display to personnel in sequence.</li>
 <li>Maintain phone battery for ticket access; alternative payment methods required for malfunctioning devices.</li>
 <li>No cellular or WiFi service needed for ticket activation, but connectivity is required during purchase.</li>
 <li>Tickets remain valid for 90 minutes after activation and expire after 30 days if unactivated.</li>
 <li>No transfer credits available through the app.</li>
 <li>Easily transfer valid, unused tickets to a new device if lost or replaced.</li>

 <li>Refunds are generally not provided for mobile products; exceptions for special circumstances.</li>
